T8461C – This ICS TRIPLEX digital-output slice drives up to 40 independent 24/48 Vdc loads at 0.75 A each, yet keeps every channel opto-isolated and hot-swappable so you can change it without stopping the rack. Built-in triple-modular-redundant (TMR) logic gives SIL-3 safety and <50 µs fault-switching, while the 200 × 100 × 60 mm DIN-rail block runs –40 °C to +70 °C with self-diagnostics and LED health flags. Simply snap it into a Tricon or AADvance chassis and wire relays, solenoids or valve positioners straight to the field terminals—no external repeaters needed.
