IS200ACLEH1BCB is a GE Mark VI / EX2100 “Application Control Layer” board that sits in the rack and handles the real-time I/O and protection logic for steam- and gas-turbine control. It carries a thin face-plate with multi-pin connectors, plugs straight into the backplane, and is built on a rugged PCB rated for –40 °C to +85 °C so you can mount it inside the exciter cabinet and forget about extra gateways or converters.
