Model Description

PM803F 3BDH000530R1 is a compact, high-performance CPU for ABB’s AC 800F/800xA families that runs on 24 VDC and fits a 70 × 100 × 65 mm DIN-rail slot. Inside is an 800 MHz ARM Cortex-A8/A9 processor with 1 GB DDR3L RAM and 32 GB SD storage, so it can scan 256 mixed I/O points and still finish 1 000 Boolean or 16-bit math instructions in <1 ms. Two on-board ports (Ethernet + RS-485) speak Modbus RTU/TCP, PROFINET, EtherCAT and OPC UA out of the box, while the –40 °C to +70 °C rating and IP20 housing let you drop it straight into oil-and-gas, power or process plants without extra cooling or enclosures.
