Model Information

APBU-44C is ABB’s compact “branching unit” for the ACS800 multi-drive platform: it links up to four inverter modules through plastic-clad silica fiber (10 m or 90 m), handles real-time data logging, and needs only 24 Vdc @ 180 mA. The 75 × 45 × 8 mm, IP20 slice snaps onto DIN-rail, works –40 °C to +80 °C, and speaks Modbus RTU, DeviceNet and Ethernet—so you expand or diagnose drives without extra gateways or long analog runs.
