UUD148 AE01 is a high-density analogue I/O slice for ABB’s PCS6000 medium-voltage drive and wind-turbine controllers. It integrates local 16-bit A/D conversion, galvanic isolation and a 32-bit MCU that can execute PID or limit-logic autonomously, off-loading the main AC 800M processor. The board mounts on standard DIN rail inside IP20 drive cabinets and communicates over ModuleBus or redundant RS-485. Firmware is flash-upgradeable via Control Builder M.
