  • 1 year warranty for all surplus spare parts The warranty period is one year from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated in the parts specification. We guarantee that during the warranty period the item is free from functional defects that may occur under normal operating conditions. If a defect occurs, we will send you a replacement unit, repair your unit or return it depending on availability. You must contact us for return authorization and then return the defective device within 30 days after reporting the defect. Factory new spare parts The factory new spare parts retains the manufacturer's full warranty. These warranties supersede any other warranties, express or implied, including our implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement. In no event shall we be liable for any damages, but does not include, but does not exceed, the amount we pay for the product, including our liability for any subsequent or consequential damages or any related or unrecommended profits.

  • Global Shipping Unless otherwise stated, we will ship through DHL, Fedex, or TNT. We can also use your own account if you need. Heavier items can be transported on pallets or crates. We can arrange LTL freight, sea or air, or work with your freight forwarder. If you require any other type of expedited service or carrier, we will need your clear statement on the order. Non-emergency items are usually shipped within 3 or 5 days, depending on our warehouse backlog. We can often send urgent orders on the same day. We do not charge an extra fee for this, but rather based on your use of expedited shipping options. Please tell us how urgent your request is, we will try our best to ship the same day when you place order . Same-day (counter to counter or point to point) shipments can also be made in the case of emergency. Product prices do not include shipping or insurance. There is usually no service charge. We are willing to provide shipping quotation upon request, as well as weight and dimenstion of the goods. If you need proforma invoice, please let us know if you would like us to quote shipping charges or if you will use your own carrier account.
